Terms of Service — MTBS SaaS

1) Introduction

Welcome to MTBS SaaS (“Service”). These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by Multi Tech Business Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incident.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including without limitation: attempting to breach security, interfering with others’ use, or using the Service for unlawful purposes under the laws of Pakistan.

4) Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

Paid plans renew per the billing cycle shown at checkout.
Prices may change with prior notice; continued use indicates acceptance.
Applicable taxes (e.g., FBR/PRA/KPRA/SRB/BRA) may be added as required.

5) Customer Data & IP

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service. All software, trademarks, and related IP remain our property.

6) Confidentiality

Each party shall protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purposes of these Terms.

7) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill.

9) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts located in Lahore, Pakistan (or your chosen jurisdiction within Pakistan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
